It's a comment comparing newspaper publishers to ham radio nerds, and you'll find it at about 4:20 into the video. The speaker is "the PC guy" from those Mac commercials, John Hodgman, who is also seen on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show". The premise is a comparison between jocks & nerds as related to the Bush & Obama administrations. A real hoot - well worth the 14 minute watch. From C-Span.

This was shot in Woodbury, MN in 2003. I was out for a walk and had the camera ready.

This stump is reminiscent of a Salvador Dali painting. It was taken on the south side of Mobile Bay in the Spring of 2007.
