This is a lousy picture - taken with a webcam in a netbook.

The light was in front of me as I climbed this path. The low angle of the sun really made the scene more interesting by juxtaposing the strong lines of the tree shadows with the leaves that had littered the pathway.

You never know what signs like this really mean. "Dogs only"? Does that mean it's okay for dogs to... Well, let's just not go there. (That's a pun.)
