Egads! There are certainly more than a few grumpy airline passengers (or would-be passengers) who are sitting around in terminals waiting for the next flight after their previous flight(s) have been cancelled. Add to that the security checks, the air traffic delays, the airport crowds, parking problems, and increased fares, and well... crummy airline food almost seems unimportant.
When you even get food on a flight these days, that is.
We're getting still more April snow! Arrgh. Everyone is pretty owly, and I've been waiting to get a few decent days to go outdoors to do antenna work. The Butternut vertical has a broken doorknob capacitor that needs either replacement or soldering and the radial field needs replacement.
You don't replace a radial field that's under a layer of slush, snow, and ice.
C,mon SPRING!
Easy!
Just keep the public believing that the problem "only" needs another six months. Or six weeks. Or whatever.
